Zaida Ricker, MPS, serves as an HCBS TA Subject Matter Expert on the TA for HCBS & PASRR Programs Contract administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She brings vast experience in partnership and policy development at the federal and state level. Zaida is adept at helping states consider the most appropriate Medicaid authority to support individuals with brain injury, as well as assisting with appropriate engagement of people with lived experience in Medicaid activities.
