Ms. Hoerle joined New Editions Consulting, Inc. in June 2019 and provides technical assistance to states expanding their HCBS services and to ensure compliance with the Settings rule. She has over 12 years of post-graduate experience working with individuals who have a severe and persistent mental illness, a physical disability, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. She was a clinical therapist at a counseling center in Wyoming for three years working with adults who have a severe mental illness diagnosis before moving to Colorado to work for Colorado’s single state Medicaid agency managing Long Term Service and Supports programs. She had oversight of twelve 1915(c) waivers, including the HCBS quality assurance program and the implementation of the Electronic Visit Verification mandate. Ms. Hoerle graduated from the University of Wyoming with a B.A. in Women’s Studies and her MSW in Social Work.
