Brittany Taylor is a policy analyst with over five years of experience providing project management, data collection and analysis, and evaluation and strategic planning in service systems for individuals with disabilities. Brittany is highly skilled in longitudinal research, in systems planning and transformation, and in real-world problem-solving. She oversees project management of ongoing systems change efforts in North Carolina and has led an evaluation of Colorado’s resource allocation system. She also collaborates with the University of Minnesota on two major activities that track national service trends: The Residential Information Systems Project (RISP) and the Supporting Individuals and Families Information Systems Project (FISP). She earned her master of science in social work degree from Columbia University.
