Accessibility Statement / 508 Compliance

Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) is committed to making its electronic and information technologies accessible to individuals with disabilities by meeting or exceeding the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended in 1998. Section 508 is a federal law that requires agencies to provide individuals with disabilities equal access to electronic information and data comparable to those who do not have disabilities, unless an undue burden would be imposed on the agency.

Some of the files on HCBS (such as PDFs or Microsoft Word documents) require a viewer or "plug-in" to open or view. These plug-ins are very common, so you likely already have them on your computer, but if not, you may need to install a particular plug-in on your computer to view some of the files on this site.

Please use the links below to download any software plug-ins you may need.

If you need a plug-in not listed, please contact us.
