Molly Morris, MSW, serves as a HCBS TA Subject Matter Expert on the TA for HCBS & PASRR Programs Contract administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. She oversaw the development of numerous issue briefs, webinars, and publications on self-direction. Ms. Morris graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington and a Master of Social Work, specializing in Older Adults & Families, from Boston College.
