Rebeccah Wolfkiel, MPP, serves as an HCBS TA Subject Matter Expert on the TA for HCBS & PASRR Programs Contract administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Ms. Wolfkiel has 17 years of experience supporting state brain injury programs through advocacy and cultivation of government partnerships. She supports states with TBI Medicaid Waiver programs as well as those who are looking to develop waiver programs. Ms. Wolfkiel is adept at interagency partnership development at both the state and federal levels and assists brain injury programs with leveraging and maximizing limited resources.
